All types of air compressors in general when purchased by customers must be installed, whether simple or complex. Understanding those needs, we would like to share the article to help you have standard knowledge to optimize the efficiency of machine use, increase durability and safety during use. Specific content as follows.

1. Air compressor installation environment

The air compressor dyke is less prone to dust accumulation, limiting acidification and other types of corrosion. The location of the air compressor must meet the following requirements:

The room is spacious and airy, bright enough for operation and maintenance, the machine is kept soundproof, at least 1m from the surrounding wall and ceiling.

The environment must not be too hot (below 40 degrees Celsius) and there is no dust, the machine should have a cooling fan with a flow greater than that of the compressor fan.

If the air quality is below the standard, filters should be installed to clean the air.

2. Engine

Check the power supply such as phase number, voltage and frequency displayed on the motor's label.

Arrange the belt in line, perpendicular to the engine.

Check belt tension.

The belt should be installed after applying a force (3~4.5) kg in the center of the belt to achieve a deflection of 10-13mm.

Attention: If the belt is too tight, it will lead to overload and destroy the belt and motor. When the belt is loose, the belt is overheated and the speed is unstable. Change the tension by loosening the motor's tightening bolt and sliding the motor on the base. If necessary, a lever or adjustment can be used on one. Do not install the belt too tight.

3.Wire

Use wire with sufficient cross-section to ensure the current loading of the air compressor motor without large voltage loss (Cross-section 01 mm2 of copper wire can load 5A).

4. When using an air compressor, it is necessary to ensure safety requirements

• Disconnect the non-working gas switch to avoid unexpected starting of the machine.

• Release all compressed air pressure in the system before maintenance and repair gas to ensure safety.

• When installing power, do not bypass the motor overload current protection relay.

• Do not change the setting to affect the operation of the safety valve.
